Delete Your Frequency Account

We're sorry to see you go. To request deletion of your Frequency account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to frequency.beheard@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include your username. We will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• All audio casts you have recorded
• All comments and replies you have made
• All hearts and follows

What is retained

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.
